1-1 Coaching

The highest and most individual level of support is one-on-one (1-1) coaching, either on line or face-to-face. This dedicated confidential relationship offers a personalised and tailored development experience that can drive significant personal and professional growth.

Triad Coaching

Triad Coaching is a collaborative approach to professional and personal development that involves 3- 6 participants: the coach, the learner and observers. This model is most appropriate when participants have a common agenda and can learn from other perspectives as well as their own. Within an organisational context this is sometimes called, Action Learning.

Group Coaching

Group or team coaching involves guiding larger groups in a shared coaching session, fostering collective learning and growth. Participants benefit from peer support, diverse perspectives, and collaborative problem-solving. There are different types of support that can be offered to teams, dependent upon the organisational objective. 

Who is Make That Change. 

Make That Change was first established in 2012 by Catherine Winfield, a seasoned leadership and Organisational Development specialist. At that time she already had over two decades of experience in driving organizational growth and  leadership development. Since then she has expanded her public sector experience to include private, third sector and educational sectors. 

More recently the focus has moved to working with charities and direct coaching for women and leaders, particularly those facing life or work based changes. Helping people to understand transition, Catherine supports the anxiety of letting go, through to clarity and new beginnings.
